John Edward Paine passed away on March 28, 2024 after a long illness. Born in Attleboro, MA, he was a US Veteran.
Mr. Paine leaves behind his loving niece and caregiver, Kiliegh Clifford, of whom he was very proud.
John was a HVAC employee and taught at a junior college for many years.
He enjoyed experiencing his students' enthusiasm and seeing the light shine when they understood what he was teaching. Before he became ill, he enjoyed camping, riding his motorcycle and day outings. He enjoyed playing games, especially cribbage and dominos.
Mr. Paine was preceded in death by his parents: Frederick, Sr. and Jeanne (Godreau) Paine, his brother: Frederick, Jr., and his sister: Mary Bastista.
He also leaves behind his sister: Joan Frye and many nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be said at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs. Date to be determined. He will be sorely missed.
Services will be private.
